I have a Meade ETX 125PE. Went to turn it on the other day with the AC adapter plugged in and the LED light on the base comes on but the remote does not and it does not sound the start up beep. I have fiddled a bit with the remote cable to see if that's it to no avail. Changed the LNT battery and that didn't help. I left it on and every now and then the remote will light up, beep and the scope will move all for 3 seconds then it goes out again. What else can I try? What might be the issue?
